Sounds like you are reading it wrong.

LDS responses were positive about Jews +58% of the time (positive% - negative%). That’s the highest net positive response by ANY religious group about any other religious group. (LDS people like Jews more than any other religion likes another religious group). Conversely, Jews had a net -13% rating of the COJCOLDS.

The 15% number reflects how many people had positive views of the COJCOLDS.
