country culture in my area. We aren't pumping them out like American Fork and some others, but our high school wins state championships. And it's all about improvement, supporting each other and getting personal bests. It doesn't matter if it's the last kid on the team or a random dude in his 50s that happens to run on a trail they train on sometimes (me), everybody is encouraging everybody.
