Yep.. It's not just BYU.. it's globally across D1. Offers are being delayed for
these sports currently
It's affecting my daughter with BYU, TAMU, Rice, and a handful of other D1 schools. They are progressing with official visits but holding off on any offers while they figure out their rosters
