BYU and Big 12 should schedule regular-season games in key neutral venues

Big 12 should have a couple of regular season conference games in Las Vegas, Southern California, and Arlington, TX every year.

Also consider games in places like Kansas City and New Orleans, and even E. Rutherford, NJ, Tampa, and Miami as well as Mexico City or Monterrey and Europe.
