So I can get that nasty loss out of my system. I will say though, living outside of the state of Utah and the majority of that time on the east coast, it's been fun taking our family to away games. One of the positive things about Independence is we typically had a game somewhere near the east coast within driving distance.

Every year our kids would look at the schedule and then identify which one we could attend — Virginia, Mississippi State, Tennessee, UCF, USF, East Carolina, Coastal Carolina, bowl game in Boca Raton against UCF, the Miami Bowl Game, etc. We have some fond memories as a family of road trips to watch BYU games, even if we got our butts handed to us. Good times, but I need to get my kids back to watch a game in LES — None of them have had that experience yet.
