That keeps the conference from dissolving, then they can turn around and use the windfall from exit fees to fund expansion. Go get NMSU, UTEP, Texas State, maybe SHSU from FBS and then potentially Idaho and some combination of Montana, ND, and SD schools out of the FCS to bring the conference up to 8-10 members.
