$17 million (per school) exit fee to the MWC, because the MWC no longer exists. I read a yahoo report from today that if they bring 3 or 4 more schools over then that kills the MWC. To OSU and WSU they might not care about that, but the 5 MWC who have already defected would be thrilled if they can get out of that $17 million exit fee.
