Any time BYU players start talking about how “special” the team is before having accomplished anything, it makes me feel like we’re in store for a let-down as fans.

I know it’s DIFFICULT to have that “chip on the shoulder” / desperate need to prove yourself after having success on the field.

Mentally, I think it’s just human nature to rest a little easier after such an emotional win.

Hope we can fight that urge and increase our mental resolve this week.
