Most, if not all, bowl tie-ins left with the ten teams that bailed

At least I think so. Utah and BYU have different lists of bowls they qualify for this year (assuming they both miss the playoffs).

They do not. They are no longer considered one of the autonomous conferences. They are G6. BUT OSU/WSU will qualify for
