The only other draw would likely be some (temporarily) increased level of access to CFB due to the lingering "power" status, but some schools might be self-aware enough to realize that if they're not likely to win the MWC as it sits today, they're unlikely to win MWC 2.0 + WSU/OKST and therefore unlikely to benefit much from that access before it disappears in the years ahead.
