I went through the process with a family member with about 30 different coaches/recruiting coordinators and he was top 2-3 from our experience.

There’s always some hit or miss but I think he knows that world a lot better than Kalani who to me showed his understanding by how he initially structured his recruiting team. Kalani’s obviously a great guy but to me the best recruiters are the intense guys that you knew were all in (guys like Harbaugh).

Basically I don’t think there would be a drop off in recruiting if Hill ran the show
