The box score numbers were only in Kansas St.'s favor because of the short
fields, defensive TD, and special teams TD. BYU gained 54.1% of their available yards. Kansas St. only gained 38.9% of their available yards. Meaning that BYU's lower raw numbers in yards was primarily due to short fields and fewer possessions and not due to an inability to move the football.
