you need to find the correct size first.
There will be 2 numbers like 35 / 5 uF or 45 / 5

Hopefully this information is printed on the outside of your unit. otherwise you can pull the existing one and look at the size on it.

Can order from Amazon or local HVAC supply store.

Will look something like this:
