It still feels really busy to me here in north utah county, not sure we have seen a dropoff. One of the issues I think is the popularity of memberships, even at munis.

As for quality of play, I think I would tend to agree in general there are definitely more bad players out there, but still a decent amount of sub 100 hackers I think.
