Need to squeeze in some neatly constructed box/luxury seating into the corners
to fill it in physically and aesthetically while adding revenue and a good experience for those who want to pay. And some sort of facade, maybe brick.
Keep the classic look of the stadium while adding modern niceties to keep up with and fit in with the Big 12 conference.
