just one. If we get players drafted, if we land/retain players for next year, having lots of fun COMPETITIVE games with top teams, and so on. It usually takes time to install new systems. Even with great players and returning players there can be a lot of struggles for first year coaches. I expect some losses to happen just because of lack of experience and familiarity with teammates/systems/etc.
