would be in the tech startup world. Now that it's been a couple years, we've figured out who the winners and losers are, and for the losers, the capital has dried up and the jobs went away. Even for the winners, there was a lot of initial buildout necessary to get them going. Now that the buildout is done, they don't need as many developers. But honestly, they probably didn't need that many to begin with, and the market was way to employee friendly. This is just things evening back out.
