core competencies and focused too much on being a "cool company." They took their eye off of the ball. Skonnard is a GREAT guy, so this in no way diminishes my respect for him, but I think he got caught up in the glitz and glamor of being the CEO of a good company, and failed to keep it running. Nevertheless, I think he took care of a lot of people, and a lot of people made a good chunk of change, including himself.
