Hearts in Atlantis has the wrong name.
It was in a book of short stories called Hearts in Atlantis. The actual story of Hearts in Atlantis was about college kids playing cards. The story the movie resembles is Low Men in Yellow Hats. It obviously had to be tweaked for the movie because non-Dark Tower readers would have been confused.
