When you drive a work car for personal use, you are taxed on the usage.
The car is a perq not a need as I am an accountant in the office, not seeing customers. I use my car less than 10% for business. So I pay taxes on 90% of an "equivalent lease" cost and $0.05 a mile IIRC.
