To negotiate that with the offer or ask about it before the offer is made. Savvy sellers agents/sellers won’t agree to a buyers commission as part of the listing and then negotiate it with the offer. It is also pushing commissions down. Most agents don’t list at the old 6% anymore. Seeing a lot more at 4-5%. Better for all sides in my opinion. For what it’s worth I deal more with buyers than I do sellers.
