I think a lot are in this camp. This is BYU's first attempt at selling these seats at this price (but for notable
exceptions like the Yewts or the game where McMahon's jersey was retired).
It seems BYU is testing the market. Can they sell the top rows of the stadium for $60/each when it's a ranked conference opponent (but a team that BYU fans don't have a strong interest in seeing — generally speaking)
No doubt the place sells out at $35... but my bet is that BYU doesn't lower prices and leaves some seats empty for this game. Lots of home games left and I don't think they want to get into the ticket discounting habit this early in the season.
