I can see some discrepancy due to new construction in UT and Washington Counties

but those numbers are stark and I think you are correct about the coming correction. It would be interesting to look at just existing homes for sale eliminating the new builds. I know if you look at listings in Mapleton, or Spanish fork a good chunk of them are new builds.
