Unfortunately it's the MLO tied to the builder we're using
Can't go shopping, which I'm sure hits us on origination fees.
Thanks for the advice. Definitely will check on the repricing option. Also talked 2-1 earlier this year but should check on that option again.
I calculated the payoff if we buy the rate down - it's 2.5 years. If we have another spendy administration I'm not sure we see rates come down that soon?
