If you aren't already doing it, schedule snacks and drinks throughout the round.
I used to have the same problem when I played frequently. I realized I would get physically and mentally fatigued on the second nine. I started bringing more snacks and regularly drinking water. I saw my focus and stamina improve. No joke, my scores dropped at least five strokes per round. Obviously there were other things I was doing as well, but I'm confident to this day that this played a big part of it.
