Not to mention the personal responsibility Jake has to develop himself.
I find these comments really interesting though. I am assuming you are insinuating that the QB coach should mentor and coach him up (duh LoneCougar).
However, if you put this is any other setting does it play out? Do you expect your manager to coach and develop you personally? How much responsibility to you shoulder to professionally develop yourself vs. your boss/manager?
