Not only is a paying adult required to get in but they must be supervised by an adult through out. Kids are not supposed to go run in the grass unattended beyond the bleachers. Kids are not allowed to play touch football over there even if they are bring supervised.

I have seen Kids be escorted by police to a gate and an administrator stand there with them until their parent arrives because they were found to be unsupervised.

This has been in effect for at least 2 years now.
