Base on the 1st three games Utah has not shown Tier 1 status.
Utah played FCS to start the season (BYU played FCS to start the season)
Utah played mid to low tier P4 Baylor team (BYU played mid to low tier P4 team SMU)
Utah played lower tier MWC team on the road (BYU played lower tier MWC team on the road)
I guess this week we find out if Utah really is Tier 1 when they play Oklahoma St.
