I needed a lot more cash than I anticipated. It was mostly tipping and taxis.
I used my debit card at bank teller machines to withdraw extra cash and it worked well.

Most places seem to take credit cards. If a pinch you can grab some at an ATM.

You don’t need any unless you go to remote places. Everywhere else takes cc or

In country, any ATM will have decent rates, no need for exchange booth
