Make sure to get something with at least 16gb RAM.

I also personally stay far away from hp. I think their machines are hot garbage. Stick to Lenovo with a windows OS over a Chromebook if you can.

don't get a sub $200 chromebook. Aim a bit higher and it'll be fine. Even an i3
