CrimWalCoug All-American in practice
I was expecting Isaac Hedengren to finish in the top eight, and he finished 49th.
He was in that lead pack of 14 halfway through the race. His plan was to make a move at three miles and push from there. Instead, Casey Clinger made his strong move at 2.5 miles. Isaac tried to stay with him but then ended up fading badly.

Probably a good lesson to learn. While his fitness is far superior to a year ago it’s probably best not to try and hang with a national champion contender.
