So for me it's because this is what the the program said to do, so i'm going to keep doing that and so far it's been working. I'll probably get to where I start. Adding a 2 and a 1/2 or 5 pound plate to my back.
But other than that, i'm just going to add one more everyday. So i'm training for endurance, more than I am strength or hypertrophy with this program.
