I’ve had this at Valter’s in SLC a few times and it is divine!
Take a bowl, the kind you’d use for ice cream, and put this in it, in this order:
Fresh cut peaches
Several scoops of limoncello gelato (you can get it at Sprouts)
The juice from half a lemon (don’t skimp)
Pour honey over it to your heart’s content
Sprinkle 2-3 pinches of sea salt
The combination and contrast of the sweet, sour, and salty is magnificent!
