Mobility and strength training have improved a lot of problems with my joints.
And they keep improving. Shoulder (throwing baseballs), hip (soccer injury), wrists (dirt bike wrecks), ankle (soccer), knee (hip injury), lower back (hip injury) all have issues. Left hip has been recently replaced. I’ve strength trained for over a decade (pre/post replacement). I recently added in mobility and not only are all my joints happier but I am seeing even better gains than before and it is more balanced between my right and left. I am 50 and I sleep on my side too, so that inflamed my right shoulder before I started really working on mobility.
