All you have to do is press the down button on the remote twice. Down once opens up a bunch of different menus/options, the second down takes you to "Networks" by default, which has the last channel you were watching, plus several other channels that it predicts you may be interested in. This makes it really easy to channel flip back and forth between channels, during different sports games, etc.
