I'm also seeing more and more commercial leases that make the tenant responsible
for other things that always used to the landlord's responsibility. Things like plumbing and electrical systems. More and more, landlords are trying to shift as many costs of maintenance to the tenant, even systems and components that historically have been considered fundamental or structural components of the building.
