SMU was in the red zone 5 times, plus scored 3 FGs from outside the red zone
If they'd only scored FG's on all 5 trips into the red zone, that would have been 24 pts to our 18.
SMU had their chances. They should have taken the FG over turning it over on downs.
Credit the BYU defense for the Collins interception, but the SMU fumble was stupidity by Jennings. It wasn't forced by the BYU defense.
We did not dominate SMU. The game could have very easily gone their way and been won by them. I'm happy we won, but don't over sell it. SMU does not look to be all that good and we barely managed a victory.
