Great kebabs (I like chicken), grilled vegetables, and breads like gozleme (flat, thin, layered ) and simit (bagelly). Also borek savory pastries, and vegetable dishes (imam bayaldi, etc.) and red lentil soup. And they have a bread (usually called pide) very similar to khachapuri.

One of my favorite cuisines.
