Depends on your definition of a do for that one. I define a drop as a catchable
pass that you get your hands on. Bad throw? Yes. Drop? Also yes. (This is assuming it was even a bag they're in the first place. We don't know if Marion was supposed to be going to the sidelines or not. If he was then it was a perfect pass. If he wasn't then it was a bad pass that was still dropped imo)
