If they were actually close like we were led to believe, you would think Jakes fumbilitis would be a determining factor. If it really wasn't that close between them, then its pretty weird to have let the battle go all the way up to the week or 2 weeks before and split the reps instead of getting your starter a lot more reps

Also if Bohanon's picks are downfield interceptions, then thats another factor because interceptions at the LOS are not the same as downfield picks, both of the smu picks were potential pick 6 worthy picks, downfield picks are more like early punts and typically less "dangerous"/costly
