If you look at player development and what not, WR, RB, LB, DBs can all showcase talent even with less than stellar position coaches because athleticism at those positions can overcome a lot of poor or average technique. But so much of OL production is based on technique that a great coach can have a HUGE impact and a bad coach can be a killer. Given the drastic turnaround we are starting to see already, this has been a great change for these players and I am excited to see how the position group continues to grow!
