Her extraction doesn’t work but no covers are blown.

Luke comes in, back ups revealed, pew-pew, rescued.

No I don’t think he specifically planned for it all to happen at the sarlaac pit, but that was an added bonus cause then the documentary crew was able to capture it all in better lighting.


Also, the books and shows (book of boba fett) talk about the rancor monsters being like baby chicks, they imprint on a “master.”

Shirtless guy was monsters master/mother/imprinted boy.
