I've recently used local review sites and Nextdoor recommendations to zero in on
a mobile detailer. He came to my house and did a great job for $200. I used to run a detail shop, I know what is a good job and what isn't, for $200 I was very happy with the outcome. This was a wash, interior detail and one coat of hand wax (I don't trust very many people with high speed buffers). The guy brought everything with him, water and power, but I insisted he plug into my house so I didn't have to hear his quiet generator for 4 hours.

The part I appreciated the most was being able to go out every so often and look things over. I tipped him an extra $50 at the end because he did such a good job and was responsive to my extra requests. This was an Odyssey I had just purchased used for my daughter, so it wasn't too bad to start with, but used vans can get some deep grime from kids and this one had some sticky spills in hard to reach areas.
