what she wanted, and literally every time, the employee says that for one or more items, they don't have what exactly we wanted and they offer to replace it with something they think is similar. And literally every time when I get home, my wife yells at me for letting them swap it for something that is not what she wanted.

Usually I get a "gross, why would i ever want that". And then I have to go back to the store to return it or get something else.

Every time.

So now I just refuse the swap and tell her they didn't have it, or tell my wife to pick it up herself (that never works out better either).
