HOWEVER, if I had more confidence in the O-line, I would take either Wilson or Hall - both were better at utilizing all the tools on the Offense, which to be fair, I think we have. I’m still really high on LJ Martin, and given a solid line think he could prove to be one of the best backs BYU has seen. Looking at his high school film, his vision, balance, and ability to bait defenders to misplaced momentum was GREAT. I think a Wilson quarterback utilizes that and the able receivers and tight ends we have on the roster best.
BUT AGAIN, Zach’s decision making under pressure hasn’t been the best, so given the unknown of the line pre-season, I’d give the nod to Taysom.
