Is that surprising? I would guess they built their dream retirement ranch in MT
and then less than a year later he tells her "to heck with that, let's move back to dead New Mexico so I can be a hobby football coach."
I think CB has an impression of her that isn't truly accurate, but can you really fault her from not wanting to leave her dream retirement ranch in MT for NM?
