Lot of private with zero chance of access unless you know them. It's mostly been turned into a hunting preserve for the landowners. They will also be the first to complain about the elk and want money and landowner tags. I know where they are setting out feeders with blinds. I do believe that is illegal in Idaho. Landowners get away with a lot in that unit. There's also another outfitter that harasses hunters. He drives around chasing elk back onto private at night. One time he called the sheriffs department on us for sleeping in our truck on the side of a public road. The sheriff was super mad at him for waking him up at midnight and harassing us. We later found out the sheriff called the fishing and game on him for hunter harassment.
