I used to carry a lot of freeze dried meals, but I've eaten so many that now I can't stand them anymore, and they are
Always the last thing in my pack to get eaten.
In the mornings I'll go with three packets of instant oatmeal, supplemented with a couple of beef sticks and a breakfast bar.
For lunch, I like couscous.
For dinner, ramen noodles with a tuna packet.
For snacks throughout the day I'll eat Stinger Waffles, Ultimate Cookies, granola bars, various nuts, Almond M&M's, and Good & Plenties.
I know: meals of champions...
I restock every four to six days whenever I come to a town.
