I believe him. But does that mean that the D will vastly improve this year? Prob
not.
We are still dealing with the aftermath of the Tuiaki regime. We probably still don’t have the talent nor the depth to have a defense in the top half of the Big 12.
But I think the scheme is there. Might just take another year for Jay to get his guys into the program. I trust him.
