Some complaints that Richie is not the most "skilled", and obviously he isn't one who is going to razzle and dazzle with wild moves a-la-Kyrie Irving, but he is very "skilled" in that he knows how to get to the basket, put pressure on the defense, take a smart shot, get a rebound, or a steal, etc.

He is long enough and athletic enough and smart enough and tough enough to be a big-time leader on the team.
